About Amare Group

Amare Group exists to build consumer brands Filipinos can trust—brands that perform consistently, earn credibility over time, and improve everyday life.

About Zenith

Zenith is a brand under the Amare Group portfolio that creates premium, high-performance self-care solutions for busy, mature Filipino men. Our goal is to become the #1 DTC premium men’s self-care brand in the Philippines.

Role Overview

This role owns Zenith’s community content + proof pipeline.

You’ll turn real member experiences into high-trust content we can reuse across the community, ads, landing pages, and email—while also creating posts that keep the community active, engaging, and alive.

What You’ll Do (Core Focus)

A major part of this job is interviewing existing customers (via chat, voice, or video) to capture strong proof assets, including:

  • Testimonials & reviews (clear, specific, believable)
  • Before/after stories (timeline + results + context)
  • “What changed for them” narratives (confidence, routine, compliments, consistency)
  • Objection-handling proof (e.g., “I didn’t think it would work because… until…”)

On-Camera Expectations

This is a camera-facing role. You will:

  • Record short selfie-style videos regularly (simple, natural delivery)
  • Occasionally conduct voice/video interviews with customers
  • Guide customers in recording usable UGC (clear instructions, calm direction)

The Communication Style We’re Looking For

To succeed, you should have:

  • Cool, calm, steady speaking voice — clear, pleasant, easy to follow
  • Warm, welcoming energy — makes customers comfortable sharing honestly
  • Camera confidence — you can speak naturally without sounding stiff or overly scripted
  • Polished, camera-ready presence — professional, presentable, and consistent on video

What Success Looks Like (Key Outcomes)

You will be responsible for consistently delivering:

  • A steady pipeline of proof: written testimonials, before/afters, UGC, short interviews, voice/video clips—organized and ready for marketing use
  • A living Q&A / Claims Library: real member questions + expert-approved answer snippets that support posts, sales pages, and ads
  • Engagement-driven community content: posts that drive comments, spark vulnerability, surface objections, and build culture
  • Clean tracking + consent: every asset logged with links, usage rights, and consent status

Core Responsibilities

1) Customer interviews + proof capture (testimonials, UGC, before/afters)

  • Follow up warm leads tagged by the team (customers with strong results/stories)
  • DM customers to request: written reviews, before/afters, and short UGC clips
  • Interview customers weekly (chat/voice/video) to pull out:
    • the “before” situation
    • what they tried before Zenith
    • the turning point / results timeline
    • quotes that explain benefits in their own words
  • Extract the best lines and turn them into usable assets:
    • testimonial drafts
    • captions/post copy
    • short scripts for ads or community posts

2) Create & publish community content (5+ posts/week)

  • Plan weekly posts that mix:
    • Conversation starters (wins, struggles, habits, confidence)
    • Education (simple tips, myth-busting)
    • Proof (customer spotlights, before/after features, mini case studies)
  • Monitor comments to capture recurring pains, language patterns, and new content angles

3) Maintain the Q&A / Claims Bank

  • Add questions from posts, comments, DMs, and interviews
  • Draft short, clear answers (simple Tagalog/English or Taglish)
  • Coordinate with our niche expert for validation/approval

4) Organize assets so marketing can actually use them

  • Log all assets in a content tracker with:
    • link, asset type, theme/claim, customer context notes
    • consent status + usage rights
    • incentives given (if any)

5) Collaborate + improve what works

  • Coordinate with Data CSM, Marketing, and the Expert
  • Run small experiments (new DM prompts, new post formats, new interview styles) and document learnings

Must-Have Requirements

  • Confident on camera: can record selfie-style videos, do simple on-cam explanations, and guide customers to record usable UGC
  • Comfortable interviewing customers: you can ask good questions, build rapport quickly, and pull out specific details without being awkward
  • Strong spoken communication: you speak Tagalog or English well (Taglish is a plus) and can sound natural, warm, and clear
  • 1–3+ years experience in any mix of:
    • content creation / social media
    • community management
    • customer success (storytelling)
    • interviewing/journalism/qual research
  • Comfortable working in Facebook Groups + Google Sheets/Docs/Drive
  • Organized and consistent—doesn’t lose files, links, or context
  • Confident asking for stories and assets in a respectful but direct way

Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Direct response instincts (you understand why specific proof and claims matter).
  • Experience in skincare/health/fitness brands.
  • Experience engaging Filipino men (35–55) in a non-cringe way.
  • Light editing skills (basic cuts, captions, simple layouts) using mobile/desktop tools.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up drafts and organization (while still editing to sound human).

Compensation & Work Setup

  • Salary: PHP 30,000 to 35,000/month (gross), negotiable for exceptional candidates
  • Bonus: performance-based (team/company deliverables)
  • Benefits: government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, HMO upon regularization
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM PHT (1-hour break)
  • Setup: fully remote; occasional meetups in Manila/Cebu (planned ahead)
  • Requirements: reliable internet + laptop with a working camera + quiet workspace
